To begin our collaboration process, please fill out online contact design form to provide helpful information. After submittal, our dedicated Soulshine design team will proceed with next steps based on your specific needs.

On-site or virtual walkthrough of your property to discuss overall desires and proper budget.

We will provide up to three choices for design with the associated details and costs. Our base option cost starts at $400 for simple planting or non-specific concept drawing. Our design services can also be as elaborate as detailed construction documents that can be used to gather multiple competitive estimates

After receipt of the chosen design option and retainer, our designer will schedule a site visit to complete measurements and/or visual analysis.

Our landscape design process is dependent on the option chosen, but can include: concept design, concept photos, rough budget, detailed design layout, planting plan, plant photos, materials selection, lighting design, legends & takeoffs, 3D rendering, structural elevation drawings, and spot elevations and grading plans.
